What is the return policy?
At Shop Zyna, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, return requests must be approved before sending any item back. Please contact us first.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care or beauty products
- Opened or used items
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
When will I get my order?
After you place an order, it takes 1–3 business days to process.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- Canada: 5–9 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
